Prices

Prices are per person and in Bahamian Dollars.

Payment

At time of booking you have to pay the full tour price. We will send you a sales receipt and booking confirmation.

Availability

The tours sold through this website are subject to availability and can be withdrawn without notice. The tour is confirmed when your full payment is received and after we sent you a tax invoice and booking confirmation.

Tour Itinerary

Fifty Shades Excursions reserves the right to make changes to the itinerary whenever it is deemed necessary for the comfort, convenience and safety of the client at any time. In all cases, Essence Boat Tours will do its best to maintain the content, if not the order, off the tour.

What’s Included

The range of included services is in our brochures, on our website and in the booking confirmation of Essence Boat Tours. Changes and alterations of single points in our tour conditions which where necessary after signing the contract are agreed to as long as they don’t change the style of the tour significantly. Essence Boat Tours reserves the right to adjust the route slightly before the start of the tour.

Cancellation and Refunds

Cancellation less than 24 hours before Departure date and time, or no-show: 100% cancellation fee – no refund.

Cancellation less than 72 hours prior to departure date and time, but over 24 hours prior to departure date and time: 50% cancellation fee (50% refund).

Cancellation more than 72 hours prior to departure date and time: 0% cancellation fee (100% refund).

Note: For Special Offer and Group Bookings, further restrictions apply. Private Tour-bookings are not refundable. Essence Boat Tours reserve the right to cancel a tour. The main reason for such a cancellation would usually be due the minimum number of tour participants not reached or due to dangerous weather conditions. In the event of a cancellation of your tour, the only obligation of the tour operator is to either provide you with a full refund of any monies paid to you for the tour cancelled or to offer you an alternative date for the tour. Any expense associated with date changes such as flight amendments/cancellations, accommodation etc. is the sole responsibility of you, and not Essence Boat Tours.

Unclaimed Benefits

Should the client not be able to complete the tour or to consume benefits included in the price of the tour, for reasons neither caused by him nor the tour operator, or should he not be able to complete the tour, he has no right to claim a refund.

Responsibility

Essence Boat Tours is responsible for providing the services listed in the tour description according to the local standards and the accurate description of services offered in its pamphlets.

It is understood and agreed that Essence Boat Tours is not the guardian of any customers safety and they can not be held liable in any way for any occurrences in connection with the client’s participation on the tour.

Essence Boat Tours disclaims all responsibility and all liability (including without limitation, liability in negligence) for all expenses, losses, damages, accidents, injuries and costs you might incur as a result of joining our tour.

Safety

We do not allow back or neck injuries, broken bones, pregnancies, heart conditions or any other conditions that may be affected by a high-speed boat ride. Our trip is not suitable for children under the age of 2 or for people with extreme mobility restrictions. Your safety is our concern but your responsibility.

Release and Waiver

Every participant of our tours has to sign a waiver before we start the tour. Although we take every measure to keep you safe, well and happy, we do strongly recommend that you follow crew instructions and safety speeches.

Terms and Conditions

With your booking you accept these Terms and Conditions as a binding contract between you and Essence Boat Tours The travel contract is accomplished by the written confirmation of Essence Boat Tours.
